I support Calibrate's flagship app, Launchpad, by creating help documentation and product copy that improves usability and creates a consistent, enjoyable user experience. I also write website content and social media captions that boost traffic and drive conversions.

As a Content Designer at Meta, I used my UX design and writing skills to improve an analytics platform used by network operators and device manufacturers around the world.

 

• Wrote microcopy, including labels, instructions, notifications, and error messages, that fit Meta’s standards and best practices for UX content

• Conducted IA audit of the platform to improve UX and guide future development

As the Copywriting/Content Lead, I was responsible for managing a team of copywriters and UX writers that produced content for websites, display ads, social media, blogs, and industry articles.

 

• Wrote content for key accounts, including Virgin, Hard Rock, Karisma, and Viceroy, consistently driving impressive results to retain business

• Pitched campaign ideas and presented performance reports to the agency’s biggest clients

Chungdahm Learning is one of the largest private education companies in South Korea, with more than 200 academies across the country. I spent four years creating educational content designed to teach English reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

 

• Co-authored a series of eight e-books that teach listening for ESL students, with a focus on conversational English
